General Meeting Minutes
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

Call to order: Meeting was called to order at 4:00 pm by Wendelin Dunlap, PTA president, on January 7, 2008. Location, Whitney library.

The following were present: Kevin Schwartz, Cathy Lacroix, Carissa Jangard, Dawn Joy, Sara Schlundt, Charles and Roxanna Moser, and Rosie Noble.

Approval of Minutes: Minutes from December 10, 2007 were provided.

President's Report: Support In-Service Time. The new Co-Secretary is Dawn Joy. Box-tops will be collected until January 19, 2008.

Treasurer's Report: We raised $60 from recycled items.

Special Guest: Sara from 'Our Town Our Park' needs volunteers to help build and design. Child care will be provided the days of building which is scheduled from May 28, to June 1, 2008. You have the opportunity to have wooden picket with your name engraved on it. Flyers were handed out in the meeting for that. They also need volunteers to do fundraising.

Yearbook Deadlines: First deadline for photos is February 28, 2008 and second is March 27, 2008.

Principal's Report: Election day is February 19, 200, please encourage everyone to vote!
